You´ve been left with a bad taste and there are ALOT of excellent bikes out there, I can´t blame you. It´s a matter of why you bought the bike in the first place, maybe a different shop can fix that. Besides the dealer (for warranty work) I have another shop nearby that works on metrics and I trust them, it´s a \
