The dealer got the belt replacement approved by Triumph under my warranty so it will not cost me anything. The belt has been squealing of and on since I purchased the bike 17 months ago. They did tell me that a belt costs about $500 and another $200 for labor to replace it, I did not check those numbers so I assume they are correct.
