I am taking the motorcycle safety course this weekend and there is a 95 Thundrbird (only 8,000 miles and in great condition)that I am considering purchasing. I really like the look of the bike.

My concern is that I am not a very handy guy and I know very little about Triumph´s reliability. Are these biked that are known to require a lot of maintenence? Do they have a history of problems?

Any feedback that someone could provide me would be greatly appreciated.
