I have the new panniers thanks to the remarkable people at Rocket Motorcycles in San Diego who actually chased this down and provided the new bags.

While I have not used them with a load, they do seem to have improved them on fit, seal and locking.

Triumph was very responsive as well. They had a VP level guy contact me!
