Your fuel mixture is too rich. The blue discoloration is a give-away sign that you need to adjust the fuel mixture on your carborator. Failure to do so will compromise the longevity of your bike. Also, check your plugs on both sides, chances are that because the mixture is too rich your plug is all dirtied up too and probably needs changing.
