´Ello Pookie...I have not expierenced this problem due to me view that the speedy has much more brake than it will ever need...eh? I have removed one of the front disc assembies and have had no muking about at all. Of course each state is different in safety reg however the dual set-up apparently tend to work against each other if you get my meaning. As long as you properly maitain and respond to brake wear... the removal will still allow excellent stopping ability without as you put it "Pulsing" Okay? Ta hd8836@hotmail.com :)
