Fitting the storm risers to my Speedmaster

I want to fit the standard thunderbird storm handlebar risers to my 2006 model Speedmaster and was hoping someone could tell me if it´s been done before and what size cables I would need ( throttle , brakes and clutch ) or if I need to change them at all? Please help
