Hi Mike I own a speed triple and i am also 6ft 4inch,I find the steering very possitive.As for uncontrolable wheelie monster well if you want it to be it will,But ive not had a problem with it as yet.Of all the bikes ive owned i can honestly say thi bike has given me a lot more confidence than all the other bikes ive had.
