M&P sell a pair of 25mm thick clamps that fit nicely above the top yoke, if you´ve got them set as per the factory manual with 28mm of fork protruding. I´ve got this set-up on my triple with Lawson superbike bars, lots of leverage and no aching back. The only downside is a bit of a weave at ´interesting´ speeds, only on private roads of course, officer!
