i ride one and have for 3 years, yes it is worth all the hype, but you only get out of it what you ask for, by that i mean you have to get to know all it´s little quirks like the sideways wobble when you give it a handful of throttle, the ridiculous torque in any gear and the amazing stability and grip under the right conditions ie hot sunny day, you can grind the pegs without thinking about it, the brakes are superb, the gearbox is a bit klunky, but has given me no mechanical problems, you get the most out of it by using countersteering far more than any other bike i have ever ridden, it´s low centre of gravity make it feel surprisingly light when riding, but it is a heavy beast to wheel about, on the plus side the wind doesn´t bother it at all even with the touring screen on. fabulous riding position but for long runs i would advise the front foot rests and the classic handlebars which are 2\
