It sounds like you are very happy with the bike.
as for OIL change 10k is way over the top. I built gas& diesel
engines for 35 years. oil is way better now but not that good.
3k/6k is good or once a season. just remember it is way cheaper to
change oil than a engine.

about the way this bike handles

it is not the best but not bad for the type of bike
with some counter steering practiece it is good

fuel guage

everything you said is spot on !!!!!!
