Daytona 955i CE Electrical Fault (witchcraft & wizardry)

Since I got my Daytona 955i last June I´ve had two reg/rec´s burn out and have melted untold 30 amp fuses on the(Lightning)charging circuit . At the moment I´m waiting to hear back from Shindengen UK tosee if I can get ahold of the Shindengen Mosfet FHO 20 AA REGULATOR RECTIFIER as I have been informed that this should solve my bikes appetite for the witchcraft nastiness , but we´ll see hey . At the moment she´s running fine and hasn´t eaten a fuse for five days , I have noticed that the melting of fuse tends to occur when I´m stuck in rush hour traffic and have noticed that voltage through my v-meter at the battery is higher on tickover than it is when reving above 3000 and I am tending to limit my patience when sitting at traffic light´s to mild cursing (though not always so mild). Any road that´s enough from me for now I´m gonna leggit for my tea-break (can´t have me overworking myself can we ) . Get back to me sometime. Rog
