1996 Triumph Daytona 1200. Here is my Black horse

Hi Guys, I am in the UK and have just seen the pic of the bike above, I have just bought a 96 and like it apart from the Handlebars could the owner of this bike or someones who knows tell me what sort of modifications where made to get the bars in this position please.
