Where is the Delight built?

Where is the Delight built?

Hi - Am interested in buying the new 125cc Delight as its smaller than the N-Max. Ive been told they are built in India. Is this true and if so is it the 125 or 115 (older model) that was built there? I thought they were Japanese?
