you need to remove and plug the air injection unit, increase air flow through the air-box by removing some of the plastic moulding (this will require some butchering of the the stock box)and replacing the filter with a k&n or similar.you need de-restricted custom pipes. do all that and re-jet and tune the carbs and you will notice a hugely satisfying improvment to an already awesome bike!there´s heaps you can do, check out www.bonneville.com.
