Hi,
Im a diehard Triumph guy. I have a 74´ Trident with Antique tags and its an awesome bike that I ride on nice Sundays. I bought a very nice 05 Bonneville that has about $3500 in upgrades. It is a base model, but it had the 904cc big bore kit installed and dynos at 75+HP. The bike is awesome im every gear and handles great. My question to anyone who knows Triumphs, what is the top speed, approx, with the big bore kit? I know my 74´ will easily hit 120mph. Im getting older and rather just know about the top speed rathet than physically do it. Any ideas out there? I think the new compression is 11.5:1 if that helps. It also has custom btitish pipes which sound so sweet. Its so great whdn these HD guys pull up and try to show off then hear my bike which sounds better than their 1200´s. Any comments?
