GOT XCITY 250, FIND THIS SCOOTER TO BE GREAT,HANDLES WELL ,GOOD ON PETROL AND VERY FAST , HAD MINE UP TO 85 AFTER THAT THE WIND AFFECTS THE STABILITY, BUT I WOULD THINK IT WILL DO 95 AT LEAST
