Accidentally drained oil while running

Accidentally drained oil while running

While riding for almost 20km, the engine suddenly stopped. Odo reading is only 4k+. When we check what happened, it was the screw near drain plug missing! After that accident i always hear strange sound specially when at higher gear. Is there serious problem with the engine now? Thanks for answering.
