The top speed is 40 m.p.h. on a flat road, going uphill 20 m.p.h. depending on how much you weigh ,there is 70cc kits with carbs and pipes to get you up to 53 m.p.h. roughly,if you do upgade get a better rear shock and use syntetic oil! e-dub
