2007 YZF R6 Throttle Problems High Idle´s ????

I have a 2007 YZF R6 and i can´t get my Bike to a steady IDLE ill start my bike and it just wants to Idle really High and i have to push Foward om the throttle just to get the idle to go down ive replaced the throttle sleeve , the throttle Cables and still NO LUCK cant figure out why Its Idleing so high ???? Any suggestions would help out Alot Thanks
