R1 only 120 on dyno !!

Hi all,

I am hoping you can advise me. I have a 2001 R1 5PW model, only giving 120hp on power commander at wheel. I noticed air intake was restricted (factory) to only open half of the intake, I corrected this but power still not there! Any suggestions (useful ones!) ?
