Your test might say that. My experience tells me this spedo goes no higher than 189 then using gps it says I am traveling 177 in about a 5 mile stretch i got the balls to look again still 177 no faster so it tops out at about 177 with a 6´ even 190lbs person on it this was in full gear and hunkered down as low as possible too
