Unfortunately, probably not. I am 5´ 8" and have an inside leg measurement of about 31". I was sat on a 2001 model in a showroom on Saturday and I was struggling. You can get suspension lowering kits for some bikes, but would you want to do this? Go and find one to sit on is my advice and see how it feels. Good luck Cath.
