My 97 was burning much more oil when I was using 10w40 motul, I switched to Yamalube 20w40 and after about 5000miles after second oil change I noticed that I put about 1500 miles after oil change and the level was still at the bottom of that round glass peak hole. I did not need to add oil until about 2000miles, Yamalube cut oil consumption on my YZF by about 50%. |
