Kind of a dumb question, but after you replaced the servo, did you adjust the exup valve properly? Line up the holes, tighten the cables with the appropriate slack? If the exup is going full close prematurly and resisting the servo, I think you will get a fault code. I would just double check that the exup is adjusted properly. If you haven´t already.
