YZ426F - how different is the ´01 to the ´02 engine?

I overshot my dipstick´s full mark by about 2 inches and 10 neck-wringing hours later I´ve got what seems to be oil/water emulsion which is white coming out of the engine breather hose.

Do I need to rebuild?

And if I do need to rebuild, how different is the ´01 to the ´02 engine? Can I use gaskets labeled for an ´01?

Any help or advice would be great, thanks!
