| first i should start by sayin´ that I own a 03 yz250 thats been ported,a well as having a Hinson basket & pressure plate.this is on top of the kyb kit.having said that and knowing that with the exseption the 48mm fork tubes (stock in 04)as well as minor inprovments,these two model years are identical,sans portin´. as far as reliability goes I have 200 plus hours and climbing on the motor.....Simply put I ride it hard EVERY day , when I jump her I go big(the last jump I did was to the inch,167feet 5inches,to flat,I spraned both ankels on that one)If you performe proper maintaince on your YZ(F)line of motocross bikes there is no reason for ANYTHING to go wrong.IF something does go wrong then you F#@#ED UP.Simply the best line of motocross bikes. ps I have Renthal bars as well,if you are over 5ft9 opt for CH HIGH bend bars.set your sag,start her up and let her rip . |
