Bought the yz250x new as was the lightest 250 2 strke bike at 104kg fuelled ready to ride. I did have to rejet carb as it killed 3 plugs within 1 hour of riding due to the factory jetting.
Standard Jetting -
Main jet #180, pilot jet #52, Jet neddle clip N3EW-3 @ 30:1 fuel ratio
Rejetted -
Main jet #178, pilot jet #45, Jet needle clip N3EW-2 @ 50:1 fuel ratio

Bike has done almost 50hrs now and have not touched it other than oil and air filter changes. Only mentioned the above jetting to save other riders the drama of trial and error in getting it right. (Take note yamaha NZ)

Would buy again as a great bike.
