I might not seem like the person to ask but im 15 yrs old and i have a 2005 yz125 and i highly recomend it. My dad has a yz250f and ive ridden his alot but i prefer the yz 125 over any other bike in its class. It it very light and easy to maneuver compared to the 250f so i think the 05 yz125 is your best choice
