2001 Intruder 1500 LC will start sometime and most times not

I am fustrated that my 2001 Intruder LC will not start most of the times. I replaces several batteries, a stator, adjust Decompression cable and still I have problems. I even keep the battery charged up when I am not riding and Istill have the problem.

Can any one offer a fix for this problem.
