My Intruder won´t Start (Intermittent)

My Intruder won´t Start (Intermittent)

It happens about 10 times a Summer. I have a new battery (2nd Season)and the Decompression system is working (Even changed the Relay)It will also do it not only hot but sometimes when it is cold. One day it did it when it was hot after about an hour riding and I waited about a 1/2hour and it Started and I must of started it about 15 times the rest of the day with NO problems. It seem´s to be drawing a lot of power and turns over slowly and jerky...(not fast enough to start..except the odd time it will just catch it and start) It is a real pain !!!
