I just got a XSV650 recently and only checked the miles per gallon only once. I don´t think it was filled to the max as you can add quite a bit if you want to sit there & top it off. So to my best estement i road at about 60 to 78 mph mainly on the freeway. I would say you would get in the upper 40 mile range (47.) I will check on it more
