front forks knocking over bumps?

front forks knocking over bumps?

can anyone reply with any info on what this problem could be?

my r6 has a knock whenever the forks dip when braking / or
when ever i go over small bumps eg grids / broken tarmac?
the head bearings have been checked and are ok.
