Suzuki gd110 rim size width inquiry

Suzuki gd110 rim size width inquiry

I want to know the rim size width of both like 1.4 or 1.6 as I know the size is 17 just wanna know width
Second both rims are 17 but why front tyre look small rather then the rear and why the rear tyre have long or high sidewalls then front tyres
Third can we put same back tyre in front then what effects on bike
