Total capacity of crankcase 3.2L 2.8 Imp qt. 3.4 US qt.

Change without filter 2.6L 2.3 Imp qt. 2.7 US qt.

Change with filter 2.8L 2.5 Imp.qt. 3.0 US qt.

Don´t know about exhaust. Unless you own a shop, it may be cheaper to buy an after market exhaust, definitely quicker and easier.
A Yamaha dealer should be able to get you a manual. (well worth it)or contact: Yamaha Motor Corp, USA
