OK try no throttle, no choke and just press the starter. I have 2, a very low mileage 1996 Had 3000 miles on it now over 5000, and a high mileage 1992 that I have had for over 4 years.Normally these start very well, however, check the quality of your fuel. I got blown up with time expired gasoline in an American car. Modern gasoline may only be good for 4 weeks!!!!!. So drain the fuel and put in fresh and maybe give it a hit of ether used for diesels before you start. Your plugs may now be suspect also.
I run my 1992 every few days and she always starts, as soon as I get around to insuring it again I shall take her out and do it up.
