Hi All - I have a 1996 XV125 which i bought as a non runner - put new carb / exhaust / full service etc and it now starts and revs and has a full mot. The problem is when riding it splutters after around 3000 revs and wont go any faster than 25 mph. Is there a common fault that could cause this?
