Hello, can anyone tell me whether the 1998 VX1100K was sold in Califorina? I have a mint item with only 2800miles on the clock and have moved from Ohio to CA and cannot register due to emission rules and low mileage, if it had over 7500miles no problem but 2800 NO!! What a crazy law! I need to prove it was sold in CA and then find a replacement emissions sticker!! Or cry!
