hi steve, no alarm yet,but the immobiliser comes already fitted to the bike (yamahas own brand),i´ve also bought a ground anchor and a massive chain and lock(so if the ****s want to nick my ride there going to have to work for it). found two more exhausts at www.arrow.it and www.mivv.it, also another xt660 forum at (yahoo groups),just waiting for its moderator to give me permission to post(you have to write a little essay telling him why you want to join the forum)...mmmmmmm i wonder if its because ive got a xt660????its the first time i´ve ever had to do this to join a forum, hope he´s not expecting much,i wouldn´t mind but there´s only five members on the site, you would think they´d be screaming out for members. found another bike review at (motomerlin),another one at (motorcycle usa). first service this saturday,im finding it hard though to get my 600 miles done, its freezing, loads of rain and im skint and can´t afford any waterproofs just yet,its already cost me £800 for a jacket, boots, helmet, gloves and lock and chain.can,t wait for december for my birthday(waterproofs & torque wrench off the missus) good luck with your bike (get a blue one!you know thay´re faster),keep in touch with any info you find as at the moment info is as rare as rocking horse **** for this bike. simon |
