I stumbled onto this site, so your question may be months old,However, oil in the air cleaner comes from somewhere! Usually an intake valve is leaking a little, and compression from the piston is pushing the oil backwards. Oil in the top of the cylinder comes from a worn guide, or rings. Not looking at the bike myself, this is shot in the dark at best though!
