Came into possession of a motorcycle, which I am trying to identify. The numbers on the bike are, JYA4 JXW05RA012386.
I believe that it is a XT250, however it has two radiators, indicating it is water cooled.

Number on the engine is 4JX-012386

Can anyone help?
