John - I had 3 trail 90s that needed constant attention - carb problems. After selling, found a new carb source :( Great for hunting. I got a used xt 225 which I ride a to work daily if above 28F when I leave for work. 2800 miles, no repairs, 65+mpg. I have little need for over 55 driving, but the powerplant seems to be working hard at 60+mph. I am 200#+- and short. Sold my R-80RT but this keeps me from getting depressed. A great bike so far for short commutes and light off road in the hills. A bit cold blooded if it sits a week in the cold. Purchased a nice rack from a guy in Idaho or Utah, made for hunters to carry a 1/4 elk on the xt225. Hope to use it for that someday. A fine machine.
