Richard,i have a 1980 Yamaha Special that i have replace alot of parts.One of the big problems is the BS34 Carbs,if you change pipes you will need to rejet the carbs.Here is a place you can get any parts you want for a 650,also tech infor.www.mikesxs@aol.com or www.650motorcycles.com Good Luck TOM
