Intermittent popping...

My ´81 xs650 runs fine most of the times, then it develops an annoying popping and runs rough. Comes and goes. I changed coil, spark plug wires, plugs, caps and vacuum hose, but get the same thing every once in a while (?). Any ideas will be welcomed.
