I´ve put my grandfather´s 81 400 special back on the road after 25 years of neglect. Now that I´ve put almost 2000 miles on it for the summer I´m going to do the paint and get the fender re-chromed.
My problem is I cant figure out specifically which color it is and/or the manufacturer paint code to get the exact mix right.
The color is a Dark Purple.
