i have bought a 1980 xs400. compliance plate says 4/80 date. how do i tell what model it is? ie 400 special, 400e, 400f? i see many listings for different models and wonder what i have. ps its a bugga to start after sitting for 12 hours or more, starts and runs perfect otherwise. any suggestions?
