I´m having the same issue. I think it´s fuel starvation, from the carb floats being set too low, and not letting the level in the float bowl reach the proper height. Many posts in many bike forums say that float height is the first critical thing to check. Usually there is no adjustment needed, but my bike is a former barn queen, and the carbs were filthy and everything was seized, so I cleaned everything, but in the process, bent my floats getting them out. I must have re-set them too low. I´m going to re-set mine higher and see. Charles |
