The oil filter is on the front of the engine. Just take out the bolt that secures it and you will find the oil filter.

As for a fuel filter, the only one that comes stock is the one inside the tank off of the petcock. I recently went to a cycle shop to purchase just the petcock filter without any luck. I am finding alot of parts are discontinued.............so I put an inline filter on the gas line. Works fine. Go to your local hardware or any cycle shop to purchase an inline filter. Hope this helps!
