XS400 DOHC piston specification

I am finding it impossible to locate oversize pistons/rings etc for my XS400 SOHC engine. The bore/stroke of the DOHC looks to be similar. Does the group know if the DOHC pistons are more readily available and/or whether they might fit my engine?
