Hello, I am looking to perform a cafe style conversion ( not for racing, just cool looking), has anybody done this, any of you have recommendations on shops/parts, etc......

Looking to low-profile this bike, maybe lower shocks in the rear, shorter front forks? clean low-profile seat, custom tank, cafe bars.....
